Medical Administration Staff required for our busy General Practice in Traralgon

Minimum 3 days per week with flexibility to cover personal and annual leave.

Current role available for Monday, Tuesday and Friday shifts. Times, 7:45am - 5:15pm Monday and Friday and 7:45 - 7:15pm, Tuesday's, 29 hours per week. Days may be subject to change in the future. No weekend work required.

What we are looking for......

- Proven administration experience

- Medical administration experience preferred

- Formal administration/business qualifications preferred

- Ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment

- High level computer skills within the Microsoft Office Suite (Medical practice software training will be provided)

- Excellent communication skills

- Patient focused employee

- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team

- Proven problem-solving skills
