Part-Time Medical Administration Officer – Moorabbin Campus

33.8 Hours per Fortnight | 2 days/week

Classification: HS2

Campus: Moorabbin

Salary Range: Full time $30,553 – $33,776 + salary packaging + 12% super + 5 weeks annual leave [Pro- Rata]

About the Role

Located within the Monash Cancer Centre in Bentleigh East, our Moorabbin campus is seeking a motivate and energetic Medical Administration Officers to join our dedicated team. If you thrive in a busy medical practice and have experience with electronic medical records, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced medical environment is essential.
- Familiarity with EPIC Electronic Medical Records and Mosaiq is highly desirable.
- Exceptional teamwork, time management, and the ability to manage competing priorities professionally and efficiently.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding service to both patients and healthcare professionals.

Working Hours:

- Part time – 8.44 hours per day, 2 days/ week.
- Shifts may vary between 7:30am and 6:30pm.




- Rostered Saturday morning overtime may occasionally be required.
