We are looking forSTORE MANAGERto join our team atESSENDON DFO.

As a Neverland Store Manager, you willbe responsible forleading your store to success by driving sales, fostering an exceptional customer experience, and inspiring your team to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and efficient running of the store.
- Implement, uphold, andmonitoradherence to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Lead, coach, and develop the store team to deliver the Neverland customer experience, creating a positive, high-performing, and collaborative work environment.




- Drive sales performance and achieve store budgets through exceptional customer service, effective task delegation, and solid time management.
- Ensure all brand directives, visual merchandising standards, and promotional activities are executed to a high standard and within requiredtimeframes.
- Complete all required weekly and ad hoc reporting,maintainingconsistent and proactive communication with your Area Manager.
- Take full ownership of store performance, holding yourself and your team accountable for delivering exceptional results in sales, service, and presentation.

About You:

- Passionate about streetwear, fashion, and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Demonstratedleadership skills withpreviousexperience in a retail management role.
- Strong focus on customer service and driving team performance to achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Commercially minded with the ability to manage operational priorities while motivating your team.
- Visual merchandising experience and an eye for detail to ensure brand presentation excellence.
