Our work takes you in different directions. We are looking for a Site Manager to join our Modernisation Team in Brisbane, QLD. This person will administer and control projects across QLD and surrounding regions, using their ability to manage people and resources, engage proactively with customers, and motivate and inspire their team.

Responsibilities

- Achieve KONE's safety targets by developing and maintaining a safety-focused culture.
- Plan and organise the delivery and storage of materials and tools to the site.
- Effectively communicate with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process.
- Ensure that the work is carried out in line with clearly defined procedures and guidelines.




- Be an inspiring team leader who gets the best out of others and always strives to exceed customer expectations.
- Manage performance and skill development of the team.
- Drive key projects aimed at continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Experience managing a team in a commercial workplace.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred – Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or trade qualifications are highly desirable.
- Elevator industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience within a commercial environment, managing projects at a site level.
- Ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate training.
- Proven ability to win with customers.
- Resilient and persevering approach.
- Outgoing and customer-centric personality.
