Black Bear Fulfillment is seeking an experienced Packing Department Manager to lead our quick-growing Melbourne-based packing operation. You will manage a team of around 20, expanding to 50+ during peak periods, build accountability and drive continuous improvement.
Key focus areas include coaching, daily workflow planning, KPI monitoring, safety, and collaboration with warehouse leadership to ensure accurate packing and on-time dispatch.
