Warehouse Administrator

Location: Dubbo, AU

Reports to: Warehouse Manager, Mindyarra Maintenance Centre, Dubbo.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervision and tracking of rejected materials in Dubbo.
- Coordinate material shipments to suppliers for analysis or return.
- Prepare required documentation and manage transport for material shipments.
- Coordinate and prepare shipments between Beasain and Dubbo plants, including inter‑company sales operations and transfer of materials via STO processes.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience in warehouse administration or material handling.
- Robust organizational and tracking skills.
- Ability to coordinate logistics and documentation for shipments.
- Knowledge of inter-company shipment processes and STO (Stock Transfer Order) is an advantage.
