Workpac Group is seeking a Dispatch & Customer Service Officer in Australia to plan and execute deliveries through external freight contractors. You will communicate with customers, drivers and internal teams to meet delivery expectations.
Responsibilities include coordinating daily dispatch, preparing delivery documentation, scheduling trucks, monitoring progress and resolving delays while maintaining solid client relationships. A valid driver’s license and ERP proficiency are required.
