Customer Operations Manager

This is more than a customer service role. You’ll be the operational heartbeat connecting sales, warehouse and logistics, the person major retail partners rely on to keep product moving flawlessly from order to delivery. The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end customer order and fulfilment function, leading a high-performing Customer Operations team and acting as the trusted link between the business and its key retail partners.

- Owning the full order lifecycle — from placement through to on-time, in-full delivery
- Driving DIFOT/OTIF performance and service excellence across major accounts
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing operations team
- Acting as the go-to escalation point for delivery issues, shortages and claims
- Partnering closely with Sales,



Warehouse and Logistics to keep everything running like clockwork
- Championing continuous improvement across systems, processes and ways of working
- Keeping communication sharp, proactive and transparent - with customers and internal stakeholders alike
- Ensuring rock-solid compliance with logistics, safety and OH&S; standards

About You

- Solid experience in FMCG or high-volume manufacturing
- A track record leading customer service or operations teams
- Confidence working with major retail accounts (think Coles, Woolworths, Aldi)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A genuine passion for improving processes and driving efficiency
- Sharp organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- A solid grasp of logistics and compliance fundamentals
