Based in Hallam, the Kwickaz Group is a privately owned successful transport company offering customers a genuine service alternative for their freight needs.

About the Role:

We are looking for a cheerful and energetic individual with a can-do attitude to join our customer service team. You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy a quick-paced environment, where no day is the same as the previous. As a member of a great team, you will be the first point of call for many of our customers and will be required to manage bookings, client queries, driver calls and provide administration assistance to the Depot.

You have a customer focused approach to problem solving.

You have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

You are available to work regular hours on a Monday to Friday basis.
