Our client is looking for qualified and experienced cooks to work at their large estate. The company sets cutting-edge menus bringing out the best of the local produce with their in house dining room.

Required:

- AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training or AQF Certificate IV
- OR at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.
- Preparation, creation, decoration of food items
- Eamining foodstuffs to ensure quality
- Plan, develop and estimate food costs when ordering food supplies
- Monitor quality of dishes
- Prepare and cook food demonstrating a variety of cooking techniques
- Season food during cooking
- Portion food
- Keep kitchen and enforce hygiene regulations
- Enthusiasm and creative approach to providing high-quality cuisine




- Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP
- Monitor and produce quality dishes in all stages of preparation and organisation

Salary Range $76,000-$80,000 + super, dependent on experience.
