Key Responsibilities
As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a vital role in connecting tenants with their perfect rental properties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting property inspections and showcasing available rental properties to potential tenants.
- Assisting applicants through the leasing process, from application submission to lease signing.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and property maintenance teams.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure properties are effectively marketed and leased in a timely manner.
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities and qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate or property management is highly regarded but not essential.
