We are seeking a talented mid-level Salesforce Developer to join our team on a permanent basis. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering innovative Salesforce solutions across Utilities, Government, Education, and Public Sector projects — ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and exceptional user experience.

We are seeking a talented mid-level Salesforce Developer to join our team on a permanent basis. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering innovative Salesforce solutions across Utilities, Government, Education, and Public Sector projects — ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Deliver high-quality solutions across Public Sector, Education Cloud, and Utilities Cloud environments.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Work on greenfield Salesforce projects, setting and maintaining best-practice development standards.
- Develop and maintain scalable and secure Salesforce applications, ensuring compliance with government and data security policies.
- Perform data modelling, integration, and API development to extend Salesforce capabilities.
- Optimise performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage technical debt effectively.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities within an agile delivery environment.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all development work.
- Support CI/CD processes and continuous improvement initiatives across the Salesforce platform.
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proven experience in Utilities, Government, Education Cloud, and/or Public Sector Solutions.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and automation tools.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data structures, security models, and best practices.
- Experience working on greenfield implementations from design to delivery.
- Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory).
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket).
- Knowledge of Salesforce Shield, security configurations, and compliance frameworks for government projects.
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud or Experience Cloud.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certifications highly regarded.
