Metro South Health Service's Queensland Tissue Bank seeks an experienced operational leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Operations and Logistics team. You will supervise Clinical Assistants across logistics, warehousing and distribution, and manage rosters, workload planning and leave coordination.

You will ensure timely distribution of donated human tissue across Queensland and beyond, while overseeing inventory, equipment maintenance and consumable supply.
