Operating from our modern facility in Dandenong South, Tranzworks is in a period of genuine growth, and we're looking for an experienced Fleet Controller to join our busy Operations team.
We run a well-established despatch and tracking system, and you'll be working alongside a close-knit, experienced team that's always on the move. No two days look the same - expect a rapid pace, real variety, and constant engagement with both drivers and customers.
This is a role within a highly capable Operations team that knows the business inside out and is looking for someone ready to match that standard and grow with it. A generous salary is on offer, commensurate with the role.

About you
- Experience as a Fleet Controller, with solid knowledge across a range of vehicle types
- Comfortable juggling varied tasks - customer service, driver and client engagement, and general administration
- Punctual, reliable and flexible, with a genuine appetite for new challenges
- Sharp attention to detail and comfortable managing shifting priorities
- Customer and fleet focused, with pride in delivering a great experience on both fronts
- Confident with Microsoft Office, and experienced with TMS/despatch systems and the fleet control and customer service process
