We currently have aMelbourne-basedposition available for an Oncology Business Manager in our team looking after theBreast Cancer portfolio. The rolecovers VIC East.

Whatyou’lldo

Reporting to the National Sales Manager(NSM),you willsupport theevolvingOncologyfranchise strategy, aligningwith customer and patient needs.You’llhave the autonomy to craftand own Account plansalongsidetheinternalCrossFunctionalTeam(CFT),aiming to surpasscustomer expectations and embracedigital tools to enhance customer engagementandachieve remarkablecommercialresults.

As an OncologyBusiness Manager, you will:

- Own and execute strategic account plans,identifyingpriority hospitalsandbuilding andrefiningplans aligned to brand strategy and regulations.
- Engage clinical and multidisciplinary teams,holdingsciencebased,onlabeldiscussions with oncologists, nurses,pharmacistsand key influencers to supportappropriate use.




- Build senior stakeholder partnershipsbydevelopinglongtermrelationships with department heads and administrators to address needs and improve patient access pathways.
- Coordinate crossfunctional deliveryincollaborationwith Medical, MarketingandDiagnosticsteamstoremove barriers and implement solutions.
- Leverage insights and digital tools,analysingterritory dataand usingCRM/analytics and omnichannel engagement to focus resources and measure impact.
- Educate and advocate within compliance,organisingworkshops/speaker programsand engagingguideline/formulary stakeholders to support inclusion of oncology therapies.

Essential for the role

- Experience in specialist or hospital sales with proven Oncology experience; breast cancer exposure strongly preferred.
- Established network across NSW hospitals and cancer centres, including prescribers, non-prescribing influencers,nursesandpharmacists.
- Demonstrated strategic account management capability with the ability to turn insights into plans and actions.
- Confidence discussing scientific data and clinical pathways, withstrong communicationand influencing skills.
- High collaboration and teamwork, with experience workingcrossfunctionallyand leading initiatives without formal authority.
- Proficiencywith CRM/analytics and comfort with omnichannel and virtual engagement.
- Current driver’s licence and ability to travel acrossNSW South and the ACThasrequired
- Tertiary qualification, preferably in life sciences,medicalor pharmacy

Desirable for the role

- 3+ years of Oncology sales experience in VIC; direct experience in breast cancer.
- Experience engaging diagnostics stakeholders and companion testing pathways.
- Proven success developing hospital formulary or protocol advocacy within compliance frameworks.




- Experiencefacilitatingmultidisciplinary workshops or speaker programs.
- Growth mindset with the ability to pivot, optimise and sustain momentum in complex accounts.
