About the Role

As a Parts Interpreter, you'll play an important role in supporting our retail, trade and service guests by delivering accurate advice and exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting retail, trade and internal service guests




- Accurately interpreting Toyota parts requirements
- Processing parts sales and customer enquiries
- Preparing invoices and handling transactions
- Receiving, dispatching and organising stock
- Maintaining accurate inventory and stock control
- Supporting the workshop and other dealership departments
- Achieving team KPIs and sales targets
- Contributing to an efficient and well-organised Parts Department

About You

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you'll ideally have:

- Recent experience as an Automotive Parts Interpreter
- Sound knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs
- The ability to identify automotive components and their applications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- High attention to detail
- A positive, proactive attitude
- The ability to work well in a busy team environment
- A strong work ethic and professional presentation
- A current Australian Driver Licence

Toyota experience is highly regarded but not essential. If you have the right attitude and are eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
