About the Company/Role: Our client is a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation with a strong presence in the Australian market. Due to continued growth, they are seeking motivated Manufacturing Operators and Packing Operators to join their team on an ongoing contract basis.

- Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Ongoing contract opportunities
- Based in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs
- Work within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities:

Depending on your experience and the needs of the business, duties may include:

- Operating manufacturing, blending, filling and/or packaging equipment
- Dispensing and weighing raw materials in accordance with batch documentation
- Operating, monitoring and adjusting automated and semi-automated production machinery
- Packing, labelling and conducting in-process quality inspections
- Completing batch records, production documentation and quality paperwork
- Following GMP, SOPs and company quality standards
- Performing equipment cleaning,



sanitisation and line clearances
- Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and escalating maintenance concerns where required
- Maintaining a safe, clean and hygienic production environment
- Assisting with material handling and stock movements as required

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Manufacturing Operator, Packing Operator, Machine Operator, Blending Operator or Team Leader within the Pharmaceutical, Food, FMCG or related manufacturing industry
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Positive communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- A commitment to workplace safety and compliance
