What You'll Be Doing

- Install, terminate and test fibre optic and copper communications infrastructure.
- Deliver Cat6A, high-density fibre and MPO/MTP cabling systems within data centreenvironments.
- Complete rack and stack, equipment installation,



containment, cable pathways and fit-offworks.
- Read and interpret project scopes, specifications, drawings and cable schedules.
- Complete testing, labelling, commissioning and handover documentation.
- Work closely with supervisors, project managers and other trades to meet deliverymilestones.
- Maintain exceptional safety, housekeeping and quality standards with minimal rework.
- Support apprentices and technicians while contributing to a positive site culture.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for people who take pride in their work, communicate well and want to be partof a high-performing team. You may currently be working in telecommunications, structured cabling, commercial electrical, data centres, industrial construction or critical infrastructure.

Data centre experience is highly regarded, but it is not essential. If you bring the right attitude and solid industry experience, we will help you develop the specialist skills.

Ideally, You Will Have

- Structured, Fibre and Coax endorsements (highly regarded)
- A current Victorian Electrical Licence (desirable)
- Experience installing structured cabling, communications or electrical systems
- A current White Card and Driver's Licence (essential)
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- A reliable,



team-focused and self-motivated approach
- The ability to follow standards, drawings, testing requirements and client processes
- A genuine interest in building a career in the data centre and critical infrastructure industry
