The role

We are currently looking for a proactive, experienced and customer focused Trade Sales Assistant to be located in our Bendigo Branch. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this is a full-time permanent prospect with real career progression.

You willprovide sales support and knowledge of our products and services, in line with our values and high customer service expectations and be responsible for retail trade sales, customer quotes & Warehousing.

We are willing to train and develop your skills and work with you on a long-term career plan that aligns with where you want to be.

Key tasks

- General plumbing trade sales
- Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Order picking,



warehousing, and stock control activities
- Delivery Driving

About you

- Have valuable organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Strong and confident interpersonal skills
- Able to build relationships with internal stakeholders

Experience / Qualifications

- No trade experience required!!
- Plumbing or similar industry knowledge – preferred but not essential
- Clean full drivers' licence - essential
- Forklift Licence – preferred but not essential
