About the opportunity An opportunity has become available for an experienced Medical Science Liaison to join a highly regarded Medical Affairs team supporting the Neuroscience portfolio across NSW & QLD. This is a true field medical role for someone who enjoys scientific exchange, strategic thinking and building long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals. You will use your scientific expertise to understand the evolving treatment landscape, identify unmet clinical needs and generate insights that shape future medical strategy.

Duties

- Develop trusted scientific relationships with neurologists and key HCPs
- Deliver high-quality scientific exchange aligned with Medical Affairs strategy
- Generate meaningful medical insights and communicate findings back to the business
- Identify evidence gaps and opportunities to improve patient outcomes
- Support medical strategy across both marketed products and pipeline assets
- Partner cross-functionally with Medical, Commercial and other internal stakeholders
- Support medical education activities, congresses and scientific meetings
- Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving landscape and competitive environment




- Contribute to evidence generation and Medical Affairs initiatives throughout the product life cycle

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in a field-based Medical Affairs role
- Neuroscience experience is highly desirable
- Candidates with strong MSL experience in other specialist therapy areas are also encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated ability to engage in high-level scientific discussions with HCPs
- Proven experience generating strategic medical insights from field interactions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Life Sciences, Pharmacy or other relevant healthcare qualification
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team
