We are seeking an experienced Learning Evaluation and Assessment Advisor to help our clients and internal teams understand, measure and communicate the outcomes and business impact of leadership and capability-development programs. As our specialist advisor in learning evaluation, assessment and psychometrics, the successful candidate will work across the client and program lifecycle.

They will partner with business development, learning-solutions and program-delivery colleagues to design fit-for-purpose evaluation approaches, develop meaningful measures, analyse evidence and translate findings into compelling insights for clients.

Candidates Will Bring





Experience designing and implementing learning-evaluation or assessment frameworks in leadership development, organisational development, education or consulting

Experience with methodologies such as Kirkpatrick, LTEM, Phillips or comparable approaches

Solid knowledge of psychometrics, assessment design and evaluation methods

Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

Experience producing evaluation reports, dashboards and client-ready presentations

Strong stakeholder-engagement and advisory skills

Relevant tertiary qualifications in organisational or educational psychology, evaluation, learning sciences, psychometrics, education, data analytics, statistics or a related discipline. This is an opportunity to combine analytical rigour, client engagement and practical problem-solving while shaping how learning impact is measured at one of Australia’s leading business schools.
