About the role

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be responsible for converting enquiries into memberships, conducting club tours, following up leads, and helping drive the continued growth of World Gym Bentleigh East.

Your responsibilities

- Conduct club tours and convert enquiries into memberships
- Follow up leads by phone, text, and email
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Build strong relationships with members
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area




- Work closely with the management team to grow the club

Essential requirements

- Previous sales experience is essential
- Fitness industry experience is highly regarded
- A proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Bubbly, confident, and professional
- Well presented and organised
- Available to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable on camera and willing to engage in social media marketing
