ABOUT THE ROLE

Richmond Football Club members are among the most passionate and loyal supporters in the AFL. Delivering a seamless membership experience requires exceptional operational processes, accurate member data, strong financial controls and industry-leading service.

The Membership Operations

Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the ongoing management, integrity and optimisation of the Club's membership database, fulfilment programs and membership compliance processes. The role administers key operational programs including membership renewals, database management, fulfilment operations, payment compliance initiatives and match-day operational support. Working closely with Membership Shared Services, Consumer Business stakeholders and external providers, the Membership Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the Club's membership products, systems and processes operate efficiently while delivering an outstanding experience for members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.

Membership

Database & Operations – Coordinate the Club's membership renewal program, maintain database integrity, manage operational reporting and audits, oversee payment administration and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure accurate and efficient membership operations.

Membership

Fulfilment – Administer relationships with fulfilment providers, coordinate fulfilment programs, resolve member fulfilment enquiries and support the successful delivery of membership packs, rewards and member events.

Membership

Compliance & Financial Administration – Manage membership payment compliance programs, monitor payment plans and member balances, coordinate member communication journeys and support membership-related banking and financial administration requirements.

4.

Match

Day & Consumer Operations Support – Coordinate Consumer Business operational requirements at AFL and AFLW match days, support casual staff and game-day operations,



and contribute to broader Consumer Business projects, process improvements and member experience initiatives. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- 1-2 years’ experience in membership, customer service, administration or consumer operations.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate data.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences.

6.

Experience with Excel, Archtics, Salesforce or similar systems is desirable. ABOUT US:
