We're looking for a confident and experienced Mental Health Coach or Counsellor who is passionate about early intervention and accessible mental health support. They'll need to bring strong assessment skills, a calm and empathetic approach, and the ability to build trust quickly with people from diverse backgrounds via telehealth.

To be successful in this role

As an experienced Mental Health Counsellor , you will deliver coaching and early‑intervention support to our members across Australia, delivered, helping them access the right support early. You’ll work with individuals to build practical skills, improve coping strategies and support recovery, while ensuring care is safe, ethical and aligned to service guidelines in a virtual environment. In addition:

- You should have Relevant qualifications in and current registration with PACFA , ACA, AHPRA, or AASW
- You should have 3+ years of experience as a Coach or Counsellor.
- You'll need robust skills in assessment, triage, brief intervention and guided self-help
- You'll have sound judgement around risk identification, escalation and referral
- You will possess professional indemnity insurance.
- As this is a contract role, you must provide an ABN or the name of your affiliated registered practice for invoicing purposes.
- You should have an appropriate home or office workspace and technology to facilitate service delivery, including video conferencing.




- You have the flexibility to manage between 1 and 3 new cases per week.
- You can meet deadlines and are comfortable managing new patients on a regular basis.
- You are comfortable using IT systems and following procedural guidelines.
- You have a great manner with patients and aspire to our goal of making a difference in our members’ lives.
