About The Role As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll support adults living with mental health needs to develop independence, achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives. No two days are the same. You'll work alongside residents, offering practical and emotional support while encouraging choice, confidence and independence.
Your Responsibilities You May Support People With Preparing meals and developing cooking skills
Managing medication and attending appointments
Budgeting and maintaining their home
Accessing the local community
Developing hobbies, interests and life skills
Providing emotional support and encouragement
