Your Tasks Work 24 hours per week across 3–4 days. Manage a territory across Melbourne’s Eastern and Outer Eastern suburbs, including Ringwood, Lilydale, Box Hill, Doncaster, Blackburn, and Ferntree Gully. Drive store-level sales growth across Grocery and Pharmacy stores. Increase product distribution and improve shelf positioning. Manage in-store merchandising and achieve agreed sales targets.

Your Profile

Previous sales merchandising experience within FMCG, Pharmacy, or Grocery. Strong customer service, teamwork, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable using retail execution software and tablets. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
