Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, customise, and support enterprise CRM solutions. The successful candidate will have robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, .NET/C#, CRM customisations, integrations, and Azure development practices .
The role involves managing CRM enhancements, defect resolution, release activities, code reviews, and collaborating with multiple teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customise, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and support CRM components including plugins, workflows, JavaScript customisations, HTML components, CRM solutions, and integrations .
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Microsoft coding standards and development best practices.
- Manage defect analysis, troubleshooting, resolution, and enhancement delivery across CRM applications.
- Support monthly application releases, including planning, testing coordination, deployment activities, and post-release validation.
- Perform Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment setup, configuration, and ongoing management.
- Conduct impact analysis for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Wave releases and coordinate release management activities.
- Manage source control activities including TFS, branching, code merging, and deployment processes .
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and support teams to resolve issues and deliver improvements.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Microsoft technologies including .NET, C#, SSIS, and SSRS .
- Support Azure development practices including Azure Pipelines and CI/CD processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) .
- Strong development experience using C# and .NET frameworks .
- Experience developing Dynamics CRM components including:
- CRM Plugins ,Workflows ,JavaScript customisations, HTML, CRM Solutions, Data Export Service (DES), SharePoint integrations
- Experience with Microsoft coding standards and code review practices .
- Knowledge of TFS, source control, branching strategies, and code merging processes .
- Experience with Azure fundamentals and Azure Pipelines .
- Experience working with SSIS and SSRS for data integration and reporting solutions.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex CRM issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working within the PCI / payment card industry or financial services domain.
- Experience with Power Pages (Power Portals) .
- Experience with Power BI reporting and analytics .
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
Preferred Background
- Experience working in enterprise CRM environments.
- Experience managing CRM releases, enhancements, and production support activities.
- Ability to work across development, testing, deployment, and support functions.
