The Role:

As a Registered Migration Agent, you'll offer sound, practical immigration advice to a wide range of clients - from individuals to SMEs and large corporations.

What your day-to-day will look like:

- Bringing creative, outside-the-box thinking to immigration matters and related challenges.
- Working under the guidance of a senior agent or manager while you: Prepare visa applications for review and lodgement.
- Support clients across the spectrum - individuals, SMEs, and large corporations.
- Own and manage your own caseload.
- Stay in regular contact with clients and industry stakeholders through email, phone, Microsoft Teams, and in-person meetings at our offices when needed.
- Keep clients informed with timely updates on the status and outcomes of their applications.

What're we looking for:





- Around 3 - 7 years of hands-on experience as a Registered Migration Agent is ideal - though we're also open to talented graduates with the right mindset and drive. A current MARN must be included with your application; applications without one won't be considered.
- Working knowledge of employer-sponsored visas (subclasses 482, 186, 494, 400, 407). Exposure to other common visa types (820, 600, 190, 491) is a plus.
- Solid communication skills, with an ability to spot genuine migration pathways for clients.
- A creative, solutions-focused approach to immigration challenges.
- A proactive mindset - you take initiative rather than wait to be told.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Excellent follow-through, whether that's a phone call or an email.
- Genuine enthusiasm for being part of a team focused on delivering great outcomes for clients.
