About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Mill Operator to join our team at our Clifton site.

In this hands-on role you will learn to operate mill equipment, produce quality products and help keep our production running safely and efficiently.

Whether you have experience in manufacturing or are looking to start a new career, we will provide all the training and support you need. What You Will Be Doing

- Operate and monitor mill production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Assist in producing high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
- Monitor production processes and report any quality or equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
- Follow workplace health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

About You





You enjoy hands-on work, have a positive attitude and are committed to working safely.

To be successful, you will have:

- A willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- A strong commitment to safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A reliable work ethic and attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a physically active workplace is important.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience (preferred but not essential).
- A current Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential).
