Riviana Foods, a wholly owned subsidiary of SunRice, is one of Australia's leading gourmet food distribution, sales and marketing businesses. With brands including Riviana, Always Fresh, Admiral, Captain and Toscana, we proudly supply quality food products to households and food service customers across Australia.

We're now looking for two Mixing / Machine Operators to join our Dessert Manufacturing team in Heidelberg.

About the Role

As a Mixing Operator, you'll play a key role in preparing, mixing and cooking products within our manufacturing facility. You'll help ensure products are produced safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a clean and hygienic work workplace.

Key responsibilities include

- Operating mixing, blending and cooking equipment
- Preparing ingredients according to production schedules
- Completing quality and cleanliness checks
- Maintaining accurate production documentation
- Performing cleaning and sanitation activities
- Following food safety, HACCP and GMP requirements
- Identifying and reporting safety hazards,



equipment issues and product concerns
- Working closely with Production Coordinators, Section Leaders and team members to achieve production targets

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality products.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Previous experience in a food manufacturing, production or processing environment
- Experience operating mixing, blending or manufacturing equipment

- Experience in a dairy manufacturing environment will be highly regarded

- Knowledge of food safety practices, HACCP and GMP principles
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt
- The ability to perform manual tasks including bending, reaching and standing for periods of time
