The Role

We are seeking highly experienced mobile crushing plant operators to be an integral part of our team in Laverton North.

Duties Include

- Operate, Manage and Maintain crushing plant equipment
- Feed the crushing plant with a 36 – 50t excavator
- Stockpile materials using Cat 980M Front end loader
- Conduct basic repairs and maintenance tasks on crushing equipment
- Providing input into continuous improvement for Safety,



Quality and Production performance
- Participate in Safety, Pre-Start and Toolbox meetings

Essential Skill Set/Experience

- Minimum of 2 - 3 Years’ Experience operating mobile crushing equipment that includes a variety of Jaw crushers, Impact crushers, cone crushers, conveyors and screening equipment
- Experience in maintaining crushing equipment, including screen changes, wear part replacement, changing out air filter elements etc
- Commitment to safety in the workplace
- Mobile Plant competency tickets
- Must be able to work autonomously or in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to perform manual labour when required
- Willingness to adapt to unexpected situations and reprioritise accordingly
- Willingness to follow directives and instructions

Above industry pay rates + travel + site allowance. Monthly RDO, and more, all supported by a great team!
