LRH is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Anaesthetic Accredited Registrar on a fixed term fulltime basis (86 hours per fortnight).

The role of the Anaesthetic Accredited Registrar is to provide day-to-day medical care for patients under the direction of senior medical staff and also work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide protected and high-quality patient care. The Anaesthetic Department is focused on providing quality care to the patients and wider community. In Anaesthetics you will be provided with many exciting opportunities and experience a broad range of clinical practices and caseloads. You will experience more one-on-one time with supervising Consultants and also see a rich range of presentations and be provided with many educational opportunities.

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

- Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent
- Registration or be eligible for registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Completed and passed AMC Part 1 as a minimum (Part 2 is desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member
