About the Role

- Deliver high-quality clinical care within Residential Aged Care facilities
- Administer medications and complete clinical assessments
- Develop and review care plans
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Support residents with dignity, respect, and person-centred care

Essential Requirements

- Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse)
- Minimum 12 months RN experience in Aged Care
- Current National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current vaccinations and serology records
- Full Australian working rights
