Gardens Medical Group continues to grow, and we are looking for compassionate, motivated Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join our expanding team.

About the Role

As a Practice Nurse at Gardens Medical Group, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a dynamic, quick-paced multidisciplinary general practice. Working closely with General Practitioners, Allied Health Professionals and the broader clinical team,



you will support patients across all stages of life while contributing to the delivery of comprehensive primary healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with current professional standards.

- Provide immunisations, medication administration, wound care and health assessments.

- Assist with chronic disease management, care planning, health promotion and preventative care.

- Perform triage, diagnostic procedures (including ECGs, spirometry and pathology collection) and assist with minor procedures.

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with infection prevention and accreditation standards.

- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, high-quality patient care.

- Participate in quality improvement activities and undertake other clinical nursing duties within your scope of practice.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

- Current Professional Indemnity Insurance (or willingness to obtain)

- Current CPR certification

- A valid Working With Children Check

- Availability Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm, with optional participation in a rotating Saturday roster (8:00am–12:00pm)

- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

- Sound computer proficiency and confidence using clinical software (experience with Best Practice is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided)

- A positive, adaptable approach with the ability to work both independently and within a team

Experience in general practice is highly regarded but not essential.

Employment Type: Full-time and part time positions are available.
