About the role
In this role you will:
- Coordinate the delivery ofprecinctactivationsand retail/merchfrom planning through to event delivery and bump-out.
- Manage contractors, agencies, suppliers, andkeystakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- Oversee eventlogisticsincluding site access, accreditation, scheduling, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate build and bump-in/bump-out activities, supporting the successfuldelivery of retail and precinct installations.
- Maintain project documentation, compliancerequirements,budgetsand reporting processes.
About you
To be successful in this role you willhave:
- Proven experience delivering events, activations, exhibitions, or production projects in a complex environment.
- Solid project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of event operations,logistics, contractor management, and WHS requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail, including experiencemanagingproject documentation and reporting.
- Preparedness to be flexiblein regard toworking hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia.
