You will work with ASX Listed companies, medium to large privately owned companies and high net worth individuals.

You will work on a range of but not limited to,

- - Mergers & acquisitions;
- - Shareholder, & partnership agreements;
- - Joint ventures agreements;
- - Corporate governance; and
- - Business succession agreements.

About you

The ideal candidate will have;

- - At least 5 years of post admission experience within corporate & commercial law. Candidates with more experience are strongly encouraged to apply;
- - Good time management skills; and
