We are seeking an ICT Business Analyst to help drive product delivery, business systems improvement, and operational process optimisation across the organisation.

This is a hands‑on role working across business analysis, Agile delivery coordination, digital product support, and quality assurance within a fast‑paced technology workplace.

You will work closely with leadership, developers, operational teams, and external partners to analyse business requirements, improve workflows, support digital product delivery, and ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse business requirements and translate them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation
- Support business process improvement and workflow optimisation initiatives
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritise delivery requirements
- Manage and maintain product backlogs, sprint activities, and Jira workflows




- Coordinate delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Lead UAT coordination, testing activities, defect tracking, and release readiness
- Support evaluation and continuous improvement of digital systems, operational processes, and user journeys
- Assist with configuration, administration, and troubleshooting across business systems including Jira, HubSpot, and Xero
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Jira AI to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, and delivery quality

Skill & Experience

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

- 3+ years’ experience in ICT Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Agile delivery, Project Coordination, or similar ICT‑related roles
- Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements
- Experience analysing workflows, operational processes, and business systems
- Strong experience working in Agile delivery environments using Jira or similar platforms
- Experience writing process documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
- Experience coordinating UAT and release activities
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailExperience using AI tools in day‑to‑day delivery, operational, or analytical workExperience in healthcare, payments, SaaS, startup, or regulated environmentsExposure to APIs, automation platforms, or low‑code toolsAgile, Business Analysis, or project certifications
