This position focuses on providing expert advisory services for complex infrastructure and national security initiatives throughout Australia. The successful candidate will play a key role in engaging specialized talent to support significant national programs.

What you’ll do
- Collaborate with Commonwealth agencies and industry partners to develop AI-driven workforce planning solutions.
- Analyze workforce data to inform strategic decisions and optimize talent deployment for national security projects.
- Design and implement cutting-edge tools and methodologies that enhance workforce planning capabilities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- A degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in workforce planning, analytics, or a related area.
- Strong proficiency in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skills & tools
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with workforce management software and AI applications.
- Knowledge of national security frameworks and policies is advantageous.
