Customer Service Officer - Claims Consultant

Location: Traralgon, VIC

Salary: $61,500k plus super

We're looking for a customer-focused Claims Consultant to join a supportive team in Traralgon. If you enjoy administration, problem‑solving, and delivering great customer service, this could be the role for you.

About the Role

You’ll manage warranty claims from lodgement through to completion while providing exceptional service to customers, dealerships, repairers and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Processing warranty claims within policy guidelines.
- Managing claims records and supporting documentation.
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Liaising with customers, repairers, dealerships and external assessors.
- Reviewing repair information, labour times and parts pricing.
- Coordinating roadside assistance when required.
- Communicating claim outcomes professionally and accurately.

About You

- Previous administration and customer service experience.
- Robust communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.




- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- A professional, customer‑first approach.

Experience in claims, insurance, automotive or warranty administration is highly regarded but not essential.
