The Contract Administrator supports the coordination and administration of contracts for Disaster Restoration Services. The role ensures projects are delivered according to approved scopes, budgets, timeframes, and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review contracts, work orders, scopes, and client instructions.
- Coordinate with clients, insurers, project managers, technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and maintain quotations, variations, reports, invoices, and project records.
- Monitor project costs, deadlines, approvals, and contractual obligations.
- Manage variations and resolve contract-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Support the timely delivery and financial completion of disaster restoration projects.
- Be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to respond to emergency restoration requirements.
- Be available to travel to any location across New South Wales as required.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience
- A Diploma in Contract Administration or Project Management.
- A minimum of one year experience in Contract Administration in the Disaster Restoration industry.
- Demonstrated experience in the administration and management of contracts related to Disaster Restoration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when managing contract administration during disaster restoration emergencies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in emergency situations within the Disaster Restoration Services industry.
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, with robust knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Encircle platform (specific software used by the company).
