We are partnering with a leading organization to identify an experienced ecommerce Manager.

About the Role:

Based in Melbourne, this role is responsible for driving the ecommerce business strategy across the Australian market, overseeing merchandise selection, financial forecasting, and inventory management to optimize business performance. This leadership role will be managing a team of 3.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute ecommerce strategies across merchandise planning, inventory management, sales forecasting, and product flow to drive growth in the Australian market.
- Analyze sales trends, customer demand, and inventory performance to optimise assortment, stock levels, and profitability.
- Manage website and app operations, enhancing customer journey, content strategy, SEO, and digital sales performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, and Customer Service to deliver eCommerce initiatives and improve operations.
- Drive online-to-online growth,



campaign execution, system enhancements, and continuous improvement across eCommerce platforms.
- Lead and develop eCommerce merchandising, inventory, and site operations teams to achieve business objectives.

About You:

- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce
- Proven experience leading and managing a small team.
- Exposure to global teams or international markets is highly desirable.
- Understanding of HTML and digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, eCommerce merchandising and inventory management is essential, along with proven leadership experience.
