About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial management of the business, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and providing valuable financial insights to support business decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the company's financial operations
- Preparing monthly management reports and financial reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Cash flow management
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable
- Managing payroll processes
- Financial analysis and reporting to senior management
- Maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards and legislation
- Working closely with external accountants and auditors
- Identifying opportunities to improve financial systems and processes
- Supporting the leadership team with commercial and strategic decision-making
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Finance Manager, Company Accountant or Senior Accountant
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and management accounting
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience using accounting software (ERP experience highly regarded)
- CPA or CA qualifications (or working towards them) will be highly regarded
