Byron Shire Council is seeking a Utilities Systems Inspection Officer to join our Utilities team and help ensure the integrity, safety and compliance of water and sewer infrastructure across the Shire. This role blends field and office work, managing compliance programs, investigations and inspections, and providing technical advice.
You’ll monitor water networks, backflow devices and private infrastructure with solid stakeholder engagement.
