Life Without Barriers in Geelong is seeking experienced Therapeutic Residential Care Support Workers to join our teams. You will work directly with young people in a 24/7 residential setting.
You will follow fortnightly rotating shift rosters, including afternoons, evenings, active nights, and sleepovers, with weekend work required. Training in TCI and CARE is available for current employees to support your development.
