About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer - Civil & Services to join our delivery team and play a key role in the successful delivery. As a Project Engineer, you'll lead engineering coordination, manage project work packages, and work closely with clients, subcontractors , and site teams to deliver safe, high quality, and cost effective outcomes.

This is Hazelwood, VIC based position.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of engineering work packages , ensuring compliance with design, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

Manage subcontractors, procurement activities, technical queries, and project documentation to support successful project delivery.

Build solid relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing technical leadership and resolving engineering challenges.

Champion a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement across project teams.

Experience and Capabilities

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 5+ years experience delivering major civil infrastructure projects.

Strong technical capability in construction methodologies, design interpretation, subcontractor management, and project delivery.

Commercially astute with experience in planning, forecasting, cost control, and contract administration.

A proactive leader with excellent communication skills, a cooperative approach, and a commitment to safety and quality.
