The job

We have Part Time and Casual opportunities available.

You’ll support participants with a range of abilities to maintain and develop new skills, engage in community activities and build meaningful relationships. No two days are the same – you may find yourself supporting a person to go to the gym, take part in a group bowling activity, learn how to catch the bus, cook a meal or get ready for a job interview. It all depends on what they'd like to achieve.

About you

- Passionate about helping others
- Able to work autonomously
- Able to work with people with varied support needs
- Versatile and able to cope with changing demands
- Able to complete records and reports efficiently

You’ll also have or be willing to obtain:

- Working with Children Check
- Valid National Police Clearance of no more than 3-months old
- First Aid certificate must be obtained before starting

And you’ll need:

- Appropriate right to work in Australia
- Valid WA driver’s licence
- Roadworthy, registered and comprehensively insured vehicle that you are willing to use at work (kms will be reimbursed)
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Previous experience supporting people with disabilities
