JSW Plumbing is a small family owned residential maintenance plumbing company servicing the Hornsby and Hills districts. We are seeking a 4th Year Apprentice or Fully Qualified Tradesman to join our growing team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering residential plumbing maintenance services and construction plumbing services across our established client base. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical ability, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.

There is absolutely no selling required — just honest, reliable, high‑quality plumbing. You’ll simply complete the jobs allocated to you each day with zero pressure to upsell or make bookings. Focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional plumbing work

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and complete residential plumbing maintenance jobs
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and professionally
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and presentation
- Work independently while contributing positively to a small team




- Have the ability to estimate time frames and works required
- Represent JSW Plumbing with professionalism and integrity

Skills & Experience

- Residential maintenance experience (essential)
- Strong customer service skills — confident, polite, and professional
- No sales pressure or upselling required
- Ability to work autonomously
- Current driver’s licence
- 4th Year Apprentice: competent on the tools and ready for increased responsibility
- Tradesman: fully qualified with solid maintenance background
