Technical Lead - Modules, Machinery and System

Role Summary
The role combines technical leadership, sales, tendering, and project implementation responsibilities. The successful candidate will support business development activities while ensuring engineering solutions are delivered in accordance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Sales & Tendering

- Manage the sale of parts, machinery, modules, and systems in accordance with enquiry specifications, drawings, and tender requirements.

- Prepare and engineer project quotations and tenders aligned with budgets, technical specifications, and profitability targets.

- Liaise with customers during contract discussions, order negotiations, and technical clarifications.

- Support business development through networking, research, and cold-calling activities.

- Manage sales and tendering processes from enquiry through award stage.

Project Engineering & Implementation





- Support project implementation and provide technical clarification during project execution.

- Assist with variation negotiations and technical problem solving during project delivery.

- Develop and improve project engineering procedures and documentation.

- Obtain subcontractor pricing for materials, equipment, and services.

- Ensure projects meet time, quality, safety, and budget objectives.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

- Implement and maintain ISO 9001 quality principles.

- Operate in accordance with ISO 45001 / ISO 18001 safety standards and contractual obligations.

- Ensure engineering outputs comply with applicable standards and specifications.

Operational & Qualified Responsibilities

- Promote the brand and collaborate with internal teams.

- Maintain continuous professional development and undertake training where required.

- Contribute to innovation and development of intellectual property and engineering solutions.
