What you’ll do

- Formulate and execute comprehensive product strategies that resonate with market trends and align with the overarching objectives of the company.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to facilitate seamless product launches and manage the product lifecycle effectively.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and preferences, translating these insights into actionable product features and enhancements.
- Monitor and analyse competitor activities and industry developments to ensure Rheem’s offerings remain competitive and relevant.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and materials that highlight product benefits and features.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, using this information to refine product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage product pricing strategies and profitability analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
- Lead cross-departmental meetings to align product development efforts with business objectives and timelines.
- Prepare and present product roadmaps and updates to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with corporate strategy.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to inform product innovation and development.




- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the product development process.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the heating, cooling, or water heating industries.
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret market data and customer insights to guide product development decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proven track record of successfully managing product launches and lifecycle management.

Nice to have

- Experience in developing sustainable products and working with energy-efficient technologies is a plus.
