Trans Eurokars Australia currently have a full-time opportunity available for a Vehicle Sales Consultant. Previous experience is desirable. You will be working in the Port Hedland Ford/Mazda/Mitsubishi/KIA/Subaru showrooms and will assist our guests with their purchases, ensuring they are sold the vehicle which best suits their needs.

- Handling enquiries from sources such as the internet, phone calls, walk in traffic and referral business
- Achieve sales targets
- Greet all unattended guests promptly, welcome them to the Dealership and offer assistance.
- Review orders and verify all documentation for entry into the dealer management system
- Providing exciting and dynamic test drives to guests in the latest vehicles
- Implement and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Customize and tailor products to suit the guests key requirements
- Maintain ongoing relationships & retention with guests, through regular follow-up
- Record all guest enquiries & details on the DMS
- Maintain the "company image" through fair and honest trading practices.




- Ensure the vehicle delivered to the guests meets all their requirements and specifications.
- Attend and actively participate in all sales and product training. Complete online modules or attend new model training courses for all current vehicles. Attend all In-house training and participate in conducting training when required.

Skills and experience

- Strong administration & organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good computer literacy.
- Experience in the Automotive Industry or in Sales is preferred but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Implement and adhere to all company policies and procedures
